As for Mario, it’s perfectly fine for him to have a grudge against Bowser. I mean, dude kidnapped the former’s brother. But again, only the sequel will determine if he stays PG or not.

@Gyumei Yeah, Oliver is getting cut for being too heinous. And he’s also planned to lose his IH status given he fails the heinous standard of Invincible (I don’t know who to).

Speaking of Mike, is he PG with the sequel now released? Or is he still NPG?

@DOOMSamurai2020 It’s either Charlie gets an NPG proposal soon or we just wait until the next season (but since Season 3 won’t premiere until either late 2026 or early 2027, I personally see no harm in discussing the characters now).

Sir Pentious and Emily easily count as PG.

On the topic of Hazbin Hotel (I love the show by the way), I think Charlie and Vaggie can be NPG.

@SKman1000 I definitely agree with Emily being the likeliest PG candidate after Season 2.

As far as Charlie goes, her previous “corrupting factors” in the first season were apparently deemed to not hold up as she felt remorse for accidentally causing a fire in Valentino’s studio and her “jerkish” moments are aimed at Adam (who is a genocidal maniac) and Susan (who was heckling her), and after Rosie comforted her, she stopped being hostile to Susan.

Sir Pentious definitely doesn’t fail in my opinion, since he sacrificed himself to fight the Exorcists in the Season 1 finale with considerably lower resources than Charlie and Lucifer. Really, the only way he could be NPG is if he’s incompetent, but I doubt that’ll happen.

Alastor definitely won’t be NPE in my opinion, but him being IH is still possible. He’ll absolutely remain IA though.

Lilith could be IA when Season 2 ends, but as for Lucifer…he could be a potential NPG. While he’s a big jerk to Alastor, him nearly killing Adam isn’t too severe as…it’s Adam. Even if Lucifer doesn’t become NPG, he will definitely be IA.

Absolutely not. Even before becoming Darth Vader, he was always a flawed person, being extremely jerkish and arrogant. He’s not the closest thing to a PG hero.

What does he do? Is he admirable enough compared to other heroes in his work?

Fun fact: I was originally going to make this a PG vs. NPG post, but there’s no point doing that since Jim is PG now.

@Falconia 147 The thing is, her berating Doma is more sadistic than understandable, so that's why she's NPG and not PG. So that's one example of a hero being prevented by being mean to a PE/NPE villain.

Depends on the context in my opinion.

Being relatable has nothing to do with heroism if I remember correctly, but as long as he’s admirable enough and lacks corrupting qualities (or at least has heating-up periods that he recovers from), he can qualify.
