Baywatcher is a supporting minor character in the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series.

He is voiced by Rikiya Koyama in Japanese and Devon Stewart in the English dub.

What Makes Him Pure Good?[]

In General[]

Unlike MANY of the series characters, he lacks the jerkish, arrogant, selfish, On & Off and incompetent corrupting qualities as he is a selfless noble being.
While it is true Panty & Stocking, Garterbelt, Briefers Rock, Scanty & Kneesocks, and Chuck more done more than him, he stands out with much less screentime and for saving the entire universe in a single episode.

Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt[]

He would attempt to stop the Cosmic Monolith Cube Mother Space Ghost from reaching Earth only to be hit by a asteroid due to not seeing it.
When he regained his memories and try to resume his mission, even after getting attacked by the main cast, he didn't show any grudge against them.
He would explain to Panty & Stocking, Brief Rockers, Scanty & Kneesocks on his goals and the danger of the Cosmic Monolith Cube Mother Space Ghost where he allied with them to try and stop it from destroying the universe.
He would notice the Cosmic Cube is using the heroes' abilities to make it stronger and a last act of desperation would sacrifice himself to allow them to regain their powers.
When the universe got destroyed, he sent Panty back in time to prevent the mess from happening allowing her to destroy the Cosmic Cube before it can do any harm.
He would inspire the Future Panty version and would later team up with her to stop any future threats.

Trivia[]

He is the only Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt character to qualify as Pure Good as everyone else has severe corrupting factors (Save for Briefers Rock and Impact Cop), fail the admirable standards or both.
Since he is a parody of Silver Surfer, he is technically the only version of him to be Pure Good so far.
