Bentina Beakley, also known as Agent 22, is one of the tritagonists of the 2017 DuckTales reboot series.
She is the adopted grandmother of Webby Vanderquack, and the partner of Scrooge McDuck.
She was voiced by Toks Olagundoye.
What Makes Her Pure Good?[]
- As a S.H.U.S.H agent, she protected the world from various notable villains like Black Heron. At some point, she ended up befriending her partner, Scrooge McDuck, even admitting he's her most trusted ally.
- Despite the fact Webby was created to be a weapon for F.O.W.L., she was willing to save her to prevent her from being turned evil, and ended up adopting her as her granddaughter and came to care about her even more like she was family. Although, she lied to her about her origins, it is reasonable, and Mrs. Beakley was regretful about it.
- She let Webby go on adventures despite her overprotective instincts towards her.
- While it is implied that she knew why Scrooge stopped the search for Della, Bentina was likely speculating and she did it to defend her adoptive granddaughter Webby after Scrooge insulted her.
- She, Launchpad and Webby convinced Donald and the Duck triplets to make amends with Scrooge.
- She helped stop Magica and her shadow army from destroying Duckburg.
- She helped defeat General Lunaris and saved the planet from his invasion, thereby stopping him from taking Earth out of its orbit and making it revolve around the Moon, which would have caused it to gradually freeze over to the point of being uninhabitable.
- Despite not trusting May and June, she forgave them and let them help her and Clan McDuck save Scrooge McDuck from being killed.
- She helped protect Scrooge from being killed by Bradford.
