Boyfriend is the main protagonist of the Friday Night Funkin´ mod The Blueballs Incident (also known as The Trollge Files). Unlike the canon Boyfriend, who is nothing more than an aspiring rapper, this version is a member of the Troll Containment Foundation that actively fights the dangerous Trollges.
What Makes Him Pure Good?[]
- While he doesn't have many lines of dialogue, the lines he does have prove him to be a selfless, caring, and determined individual.
- Managed to defeat Exhalted, and later joined the TCF, presumably stopping other Trollges offscreen.
- Neutralized the Smiler using his singing, allowing the former to rest.
- While he did accept Legion's offer of a rap battle, he had no way of knowing of the latter's atrocities and he manages to redeem this ignorant act by killing Legion at the end of the mod.
- He shows disgust towards Stairway's actions.
- Even when Legion has taken over the entire world, Boyfriend was still determined to defeat him.
- Was devastated when he saw what Legion had done to Girlfriend.
- Before that, he was extremely worried after realizing Girlfriend wasn't with him anymore and for the first time showed genuine anger.
- Cured Girlfriend from her state as a Trollge upon being given a second chance.
- Defeated Legion using his singing, thus saving the entire world from being turned into Trollges.
