Bu Lianshi, also known as Lady Bu or simply Lianshi, is one of the central protagonists in the Dynasty Warriors series. She is a empress of Wu who is the wife of Sun Quan, a daughter-in-law of Sun Jian and Lady Wu, and sister-in-law of Sun Shangxiang and Sun Ce.
She was voiced by Akemi Kanda.
What Makes Her Pure Good?[]
Dynasty Warriors[]
- She first appearance to help the Sun family and Dong Zhuo's forces to take down the Qiang tribe's rebellion at Liang Province.
- Throughout the games, she is very kind, loyal, aiding, and supportive towards Sun Quan and Wu.
- After Sun Ce dies, she served as one of the bodyguards of Wu and join the battles to fights Huang Zu at Xiakou and Cao Cao at Chibi.
- When Zhou Yu captured Jiangling and accidentally to be hit by the poisoning arrow, she and her husband are orders Liu Bei to married Sun Shangxiang, have them to becoming a spouse under the offer. To his dismay, Zhou Yu tried to kill Liu Bei when he defected from Wu, she defended Liu Bei and Shangxiang from being killed by Zhou Yu. She also lets them to escaped from Jianye and back to Chengdu.
- While Sun Shangxiang asked Lianshi to watched over Sun Quan for her before fleeing, Zhou Yu then passing away after seeing his lord for last time. Following Zhou Yu's death, Wei arriving to attacked Ruxukou by learned of Zhou Yu's demise. She alongside her husband and Wu are defending Jianye from Wei during the battle of Ruxukou.
- Siege at Fan Castle, she fights off Guan Yu's children before Sun Quan, Lu Xun, and Lu Meng are preparation to executing Guan Yu and his son Guan Ping. However, after Guan Yu's death, she save Lu Meng from mortally wounding.
- She join the battle of Yiling to against Liu Bei's forces but refused to kill them. By the end of the war, Liu Bei died of illness and his son Liu Shan was becoming the second emperor of Shu, she agrees with Sun Quan to reformed alliance with Shu and stop Jianye and the numerous territories from being taken over by Wei.
- Continued to support her husband and Wu, she join against Sima Yi's forces at Shiting and the final battle of New Hefei Castle to against Man Chong. Thanks to her husband with aided, she is still loyal to him and Wu.
- Despite battling with Guan Yu and Zhang Fei for blamed Shangxiang to betrayed Liu Bei, she helps them to repelled Wang Yi and Wei at Jiangxia.
- After join the final battle against Cao Cao at Xuchang, she survived and joining the celebration with Shu, Wu, and Wei.
Warriors Orochi[]
- Although she sacrificed herself for made Shangxiang and Wu's escaped, but she was controlled by Kiyomori Taira in order to served him and fights the coalition at Nagashino. Upon breaking the evil magic, she is already to freed and stand up to Masamune Date.
- She speak with Taishi Ci and Nagamasa Azai for how they able to saved Lu Meng at Hasedo.
- During Luo Castle, she help Aya and Kanetsugu to check on the badly attacked of Zhong Hui when Okuni is fought Wei as such before she join the coalition.
- Following Ding Feng at Jiangdong, she recruited Rachel together with him when they attack Kiyomori and the Demon army.
- She works with Joan of Arc, Zhou Tai, Rachel and the warriors to save the country villages from the Demon Army in Nanjun.
- She supporting Lu Meng, Masanori, and Kiyomasa to find Gan Ning, Ling Tong, and Mitsnari at Mikigatahara.
- When she and the Wu officers are misguided the Tokugawa army for Wei, she join the coalition and help save the villagers from Dong Zhuo's forces.
- She save the Sanada and Takeda from the Oda forces at Kawanakajima.
- With her husband and the coalition, she decided to fights the Sun family and the Hojo, bringing them on their side. She later saving the worlds from Hades and Odin being invaded it.
Trivia[]
- She and Guan Yinping are the heroes from the Dynasty Warriors series to be Pure Good.
- She is the only Pure Good hero in Wu kingdom from the DW franchise. Ironically, her mistress, Sun Shangxiang was only Heroic Benchmark in the games.
- She is one of the several characters from Koei's Warriors series to be Pure Good, the others are Guan Yinping, Oichi no Kata, Naotora Ii, Kaguya, and Athena.
