Bubbles (named Miyako Goutokuji in the Japanese Version) is part of The Powerpuff Girls Z. She was first encounter by being attacked by Mojo. She turns into Rolling Bubbles and her trademark weapon is a bubble wand.
She was voiced by Nami Miyahara in the Japanese version and Maryke Hendrikse in the English version.
What Makes Her Pure Good?[]
In General[]
- She fought Mojo all of the time to protect Townsville.
- She saved Townsville every time to protect every citizens.
- She redeemed several villains and she is not willing to attack some of the villains as some of them can be misunderstood monsters such as the eraser who wanted to be a selfless person but everyone thinks of him as a monster while Bubbles don't.
- Unlike her original counterpart which despite being very affable with everyone, even with her enemies, she has some selfish moments, this version of Bubbles is very selfless and she lacks her corrupting factors, even if she did something too far, she felt remorse for it and most likely rejected that corrupting factor making her Wholly Reformed.
Season 1[]
- She saved the children from being kidnapped by Mojo Jojo.
- Bubbles fought Mojo Jojo when she 1st met him.
- When Bubbles and Blossom figured out they were Powerpuff Girls Z, they use their powers for good rather than just using them to get any rewards, however Bubbles did wanted to get every magazine she wanted but since later on, she doesn't really read her magazine anymore unlike Blossom who's always willing to get every chocolate and desserts she wants even she is willing to steal it from people especially when it includes Ken's cake.
- Buttercup has to work with Powerpuff Girls Z but instead she runs away from them making her willing to not attack for the good life so Bubbles tried stopping her even she stopped her from destroying the lab.
- When Mojo is going to eat every single food in the restaurant, Bubbles stopped him from eating everything.
- While Ken turns into a monkey, Bubbles thought she needs Mojo to return him back to normal since Mojo was responsible for turning him to a monkey.
- When Mojo was stealing every oranges from a store, Bubbles stopped him and after that, she broke a glass window, however it was Mojo's fault since he was responsible for making her breaking the glass window while she didn't meant to.
- Bubbles didn't do her homework since she was stopping crime so she ask Ken for help, since she keeps begging, this seems to be a corrupting factor but it is understandable at some point because the girls are stopping Mojo.
- Bubbles stopped Fuzzy Lumpkins from stealing every territory and then tried stopping him from making property damage on buildings.
- She stopped Princess Morbucks (Miss Himeko) and then stopped her robot since Morbucks was pretending to be "good".
- When Hiro wasn't purposely meant to be a hero while he was supposed to, Bubbles didn't stand up to herself and didn't use her violence against him and instead fight Mojo for him.
- Bubbles tried stopping the amoeba boys but they got away with it when they disappeared.
- When Sedusa is trying to impress a boy, she also tried stealing every jewelry but Bubbles stopped her, however later on, she still made her look good even when steal every jewelry so Bubbles is willing to make her feel good rather than just making her mad.
- Bubbles stopped Mojo and his robot and by then there was a haircut robot when he brainwashed Buttercup so Bubbles stopped him and saved Buttercup.
- Bubbles tried stopping Morbucks but after being hit by a rock, Bubbles saved her.
- Mojo was stealing all of the cakes in the cake shop, so Bubbles tried stopping him.
- When Blossom asked about Bubbles' secret, Bubbles said she likes boys who are selfless and kind. Back when she was 6 years old, she liked a boy who saved her life. When she realized the boy was the Red Wolf, she tried turning her boyfriend back to normal and she tried stopping the girls from attacking her.
- While Mojo and The Amoeba Boys trapped Powerpuff Girls Z in a electric cage, Powerpuff Girls Z (including Bubbles) were working together to think of a plan to stop them.
- When Bubbles noticed people were turning half-grey, Bubbles tried redeeming the camera, the one who's responsible for turning people half-grey and then saved the mayor.
- Bubbles thought that the Gangreen Gang are possibly monsters so she's watching them to see what's going on, since she figured out they were monsters, Bubbles stopped them.
- Bubbles and Blossom are interested to be special models but since Mojo trapped them, Mojo made their looks embarrassing and they want to stop jumping when Mojo made them start jumping so Bubbles tried stopping him.
- There was a talking ramen so Bubbles stopped him from forcing people into eating the same food with the same taste.
- Even when Bubbles attack Morbucks multiple times, she still save her after being defeated. Since they figured out the cat is turning her into Morbucks, Bubbles tried stopping her by letting her playing music and by then she turned back into normal.
- A guy revealed a newspaper about Powerpuff Girls Z but the photo is too blurry, however Bubbles is not mad at him and tried cheering him up by getting a photo of them.
- A electric wave monster appeared so Bubbles tried stopping him especially when a giant cellphone monster appeared.
- Although, this episode of Bubbles is just lazy and rather read her magazines than just fighting Mojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, and Gangreen Gang, however later on, she felt remorse for her horrible actions and rejected this corrupting factor.
- Bubbles is gonna get out of the classroom to stop Mojo but since Bubbles is making fake excuses, Miss Keane is just trying to heal her so that she feels okay and later on since she admitted to Miss Keane that she is Bubbles, she tried getting away with it and stopping Mojo, even if this is a corrupting factor, it is understandable because she only tried stopping Mojo to protect the citizens.
- When Mojo is making The Rowdyruff Boys, he uses them to destroy Powerpuff Girls Z but later on, Mojo realized creating Rowdyruff Boys was a bad idea. He needs help but instead Bubbles will attack both Mojo and Rowdyruff Boys, however it is understandable since Mojo was responsible for creating The Rowdyruff Boys however Rowdyruff Boys tricked Mojo and the girls.
- Instead of fighting a Toy Duck that Peach truly cares about, Bubbles makes the Toy Duck smaller rather than just attacking him.
- While there was a pepper, carrot, and a celery monster, Bubbles will stop them from trying to eat Ken. And now the monsters are in space and Bubbles will stop them before things get worse.
- When HIM control a giant mummy, Bubbles tried stopping him but she lost her power, even by then she didn't give up and got her power back and Bubbles met a comedian, Blossom and Buttercup thought the comedian is unfunny but Bubbles laugh at the comedian because she wanted the comedian to be happy.
- Ken is going to make a new friend but since there was Mojo Jojo, Bubbles tried stopping him but the other trio defeated Mojo themselves.
- When Bubbles noticed a talking eraser, she helped him stopping a pencil and then redeemed him.
- While it was about to be Christmas, Sakurako-san made food for the girls, Bubbles was impressed and she loved the food. Later tomorrow, there was a talking flower making so many flowers all over town and the girls will stop her. Bubbles will stop the talking flower. Bubbles loves the flowers from the evil flower but Bubbles still need to attack the evil flower because of the citizens. Since Sakurako-san stopped the flower, the girls are now happy she kept the flowers.
- When Ken thought Santa isn't real, Bubbles made him happy by getting Santa and then send Ken into space to see his mother, Ken always wanted to see his mother by then and Ken now believed Santa was real since Bubbles give Ken what he always wanted. She also stopped Mojo from stealing every present.
Season 2[]
- There was sushi turning into monsters, so Bubbles stopped them from attacking the citizens.
- While Morbucks is giving away the money that she possibly stole, Bubbles stopped her otherwise it's possibly the money she still steal so that's why Bubbles stopped Morbucks because of it.
- Morbucks was buying jewelry until she noticed the statue. She thought the statue would be her but instead it's the Powerpuff Girls Z statue so she tried stopping Powerpuff Girls Z with the Amoeba Boys and Sedusa but Bubbles stopped them.
- Bubbles and Buttercup wanted to bring Blossom of the dentist because of her tooth especially she tried stopping Mojo from running away by the dentist.
- Bubbles tried stopping a monster clown but she ends up dancing because of the shocking light which makes her couldn't stop dancing but when the music stopped, she stopped the monster clown.
- Bubbles stopped a dung beetle from destroying the town.
- Bubbles felt bad for Blossom as Blossom couldn't make a new boyfriend so Bubbles tried making her happy by making her eating everything she likes.
- Blossom is thinking of a crush but Bubbles will stop the prank bully from pranking people, otherwise the bully will take it too far, however the prank bully "loves" Blossom but Bubbles didn't believe it so she tried watching the bully and tried stopping him from pranking Blossom
- Mojo is getting a new girlfriend so he goes on a date with Ms. Keane. Bubbles thought he possibly kidnapped her but she stopped herself from attacking Mojo because he was falsely accused. So Bubbles leave Mojo alone. Later on, when Mojo no longer has a crush on Ms. Keane, Bubbles felt bad for him because Ms. Keane was in love with someone else.
- She did technically make Buttercup and Blossom to clean, however she is gonna give Blossom and Buttercup food once they clean, later on she didn't show any concern for the girls when they said the house was haunted, however it was understandable she believed it was the same noises from outside plus Blossom and Buttercup didn't clean every room Bubbles needed help with so this is understandable even she stopped the monster.
- Bubbles wanted to have different nicknames and stopped the weed but since the weeds are called different names, Bubbles felt bad since she felt the same but for now, she kept her nickname just so she won't show her identity.
- While the mayor is possessed by Tokugawa Tsunayoshi, Bubbles stopped Tokugawa Tsunayoshi and bring back the mayor.
- Bubbles stopped HIM and stopped her doll "Octi" from attacking the girls.
- Bubbles technically allowed Ken, Peach, and Professor to fight Mojo Jojo, Gangreen Gang, and Fuzzy Lumpkins, even she's not disappointed if she can't transform.
- Bubbles made Ken happy by turning him back into normal using a shooting star and give him experience about the roller coaster.
- Bubbles fixed the moon after when she destroyed it.
- Bubbles switched bodies with the girls and had fun being with a little sister, however due to things that didn't work out later on, they all switched bodies again.
- Bubbles teached everyone manners and stopped Rowdyruff Boys from disguising as Powerpuff Girls Z.
- She was one of the people found on the angry crowd attacking Blossom however due to Blossom's fault, she keeps lying to everyone and not being honest and even caused trouble to the town so it is understandable.
- Bubbles help Buttercup's dad stopping the panda.
- Bubbles saved Sakurako san after when she was turned into Sedusa.
- She did drive Mojo insane, however it's only because she was turned into kid and she couldn't remember any of her memories when she turned into a kid and didn't knew it was going on, so it is understandable.
- Bubbles stopped the girls from attacking Takaaki-kun because both of them almost got killed so Bubbles attack him herself and is willing to accept his apology considering that Takaaki-kun was her boyfriend.
- When Mojo lost his love-interest, Bubbles felt bad since she was the one who kept attacking Mojo in the hospital. Once again, it is understandable since she thought Mojo was faking being sick while it is true that Mojo is faking being sick so again, not really a corrupting factor even she felt remorse for it.
- She stopped HIM from taking over the entire volcano, destroying the entire city, and stealing the black light of all of the monsters.

- She and Blisstina are also the only two characters from The Powerpuff Girls franchise to be Pure Good.
- She is also the only member of Powerpuff Girls Z to be Pure Good.
- Out of all Cartoon Network Pure Goods, Bubbles is the only anime character of the Cartoon Network Franchise.
- Since her English version was not proposed, it's unknown if her English version counts.
- She fits the description of the moral scaling trio, with her being PG, Blossom being NPG and Buttercup being IA.
- She also represents the sugar tense.
