A comic relief character is someone who is so humorous in a serious story that they are a great provider of lightening the mood up with their occasional comical moments in a non-comedy work of fiction.

Spider-Man and Dewey Riley are prime examples of Comic Relief Pure Goods.

These Pure Goods are almost by default Love Exalted, given how enjoyable they can be. However, their comic relief may come off as an annoyance in-universe to the point where they may be disliked by almost all people, if not everyone, or are disliked by other characters due to some other traits that they display on-screen.

Seriously Goods can NEVER qualify with the reasons being those Pure Goods are meant to be taken more on the opposite direction of Comic Relief.

They are the opposite of Game Changers, and the Pure Good equivalent to Laughably Evil.
