Cowards are heroes who tend to run away from confrontations or even from their problems rather than face them head-on.

Most of the time, it's played for comical effect and can be considered weak in their point of view, but sometimes they will cast their fears aside for the sake of their friends and family and will save them from certain death or serious harm. Cowards are the complete opposite of nihilists and it's evil counterpart meaning that they will never overlap each other.

Purely Good Cowards never resort to dirty tactics in their cowardice. However, just because a Pure Good is a coward doesn't mean they're a pacifist as long as it doesn't ruin their Pure Good status.
