| “ | Freedom is the right of all sentient beings. | „ |
| ~ Optimus Prime's motto. |
| “ | It was with humility and restraint that I approached this blank canvas. After careful preparation, I began work. Painting over the darkness. After eons passed, I sketched out the realms. After eons more, I brushed them in with life. In my new era, all beings will have opportunity to find peace. Whether or not they do, will be their responsibility. For my power only permits me to begin this endeavor. It is the duty of mortals to finish it. | „ |
| ~ Liu Kang on his creation of the new timeline. |
| “ | I wish I had to the power to erase witches before they're born! Every single witch, from the past, present and future, everywhere. I don't care what I become. All the magical girls who believed in hope and fought witches, I don't want them to suffer or cry anymore. I want them to be at peace, and if that goes against the laws of the universe, then I'll just rewrite those laws. That's the only thing I want. It's what I wish for. Now, grant my wish, Incubator! | „ |
| ~ Madoka Kaname's wish to create the Law of Cycles. |
Lawful Goods are Pure Good characters who behave with sympathy. The Lawful Good alignment is about characters having a sense of responsibility and a sense of honor. These characters differ from Lawful Neutrals, as those expect rules to be followed whether they're good or bad, whereas Lawful Goods believe in morally correct codes that aim to make the world a better place, and will go against laws that are unfair. In other words, these people don't blindly follow authority or abide existing systems, especially not if they cause cruel suffering, and would instead fight to install a fairer, more ethical structure.
Examples include B-12, who operates on the desire for all sentient beings to be free, She-Ra (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power), who was raised to always obey authority, and Paddington Bear (film series), who believes in a set of rules that he lives by.
They are the good counterparts of Lawful Evil Pure Evils, the law/chaos opposite of Chaotic Good, and the complete opposite of Chaotic Evil.
