Pure Good Heroes who are parents who love and care for their young no matter what, they have shown to do whatever it takes to keep themself to the point of even suffering and dying for them. However, there is a chance that their children may become their enemy or a threat in some way to the point where the parent has to stop them, though it is usually by self-defense and not of something that is terrible to do. They could be parents to:
- Villains: Pure Goods who have given birth to and/or raised villains. While it is common for Pure Goods to also have heroic children, it is rare for Pure Goods to have villainous children. However, there are a few examples, an example would be Soichiro Yagami, who is the father of Light Yagami, who coincidentally is also Pure Evil.
- Heroes: Pure Goods who have given birth to and/or raised other heroes, great examples include Padmé Amidala, Elastigirl, Ariel, Lily Potter, Bail Organa, Jean Valjean, and Naruto Uzumaki.
- There are even Pure Goods who are parents to other Pure Goods.
- Children are neutral characters uninvolved in the main story: This is the most common group of Pure Goods who are parents. These Pure Goods are usually the parent to young children (eg. Ali Abdul, Princess Cadance). However there are various exceptions, a great example would be Iroh, whose son passed away before the events of the story.
They are the opposite to Pure Evil Parents.
