Hey, I can relate. I was willing to do anything to keep my kid safe. But I attacked the wrong person; dragged the Collector down here for nothing.
~ The Titan thinking about how he trapped the Collector in a misguided attempt to avenge his species.
Wait, please don't.. I know you'll never forgive me. And I don't blame you. I wouldn't forgive me either. It was ignorant, and irresponsible, and small-minded. But predators shouldn't suffer because of my mistakes. I have to fix this. But I can't do it without you. And... And after we're done... you can hate me. And... And that'll be fine. Because I was a horrible friend and I hurt you. And you can walk away knowing that you were right. All along. I really am just a dumb bunny.
~ Judy Hopps tearfully apologizing to Nick Wilde.
Things would have been so much better back then… If we had heard each other’s voices. I hate myself. I was selfish, and I never thought about anyone else’s feelings. Since then, my classmates have all looked down on me. I’ve lived for seventeen years, and I haven’t lived one of them as a good person.
~ Shōya Ishida.

Pure Good heroes who are remorseful. These heroes are apologetic for what they have said or for their actions. These heroes make up for their actions by trying to help those who they have offended or wronged. These types of heroes also learn from their actions.

They are the opposites of Remorse Fakers.

Always put Redeemed Villains under this. Redeemed villains cannot be Pure Good without them showing remorse for their evil actions (for example, Doofenshmirtz is still Inconsistently Admirable because he didn't show remorse for his evil schemes in the show yet).
