Pure Goods who are very wise and have high intellect. They are ones who have a lot of good knowledge about things like what goes on with them and others. They are obviously the opposite of dimwits and manchildren.

Now a wise hero and a genius seem to be a bit similar but there is actually a difference. Wise Pure Goods will have the ability to put in the knowledge they have without trouble and most times isn't incorrect. A genius is a hero who is intelligent and will that understanding to do things that are great.
