| ~ Chica explains why she won't reset the world. |
Chica is the overarching protagonist of the Hottest Dog's Specials series.
She is an anthropomorphic chicken, who after being destroyed by Glitchtrap and left in the flipside at the orders of the Observer, is found by Springtrap and Ennard and is soon repaired with the help of some of the other animatronics.
She was voiced by text-to-speech in her debut, however received Gray Films and Stuff as an actual voice actor in The Special Strike Rebellion.
What Makes Her Pure Good?[]
- Upon her revival Chica already showed herself to be a very kind individual, with her hugging Foxy upon seeing him.
- She was the only one to see the good within The Chief, pointing out how he never actually killed them.
- Motivated the other animatronics to go out and fight The Chief.
- Volunteered herself to distract The Chief using Freddy's hat, plunging herself into enemy lines.
- Warned the Mighty Jimmy of The Chief's incoming blast.
- Upon regaining her memories, Chica's first thought was to warn the other animatronics about Glitchtrap, showing her selfless nature.
- She refused The Observer's offer to reset the world with only her in it, not wanting to betray her friends, explaining that change can be a good thing as much as it is a bad thing.
- When the Observer tries to forcefully reset the world, she tries to fight him off and continues to try and convince him to stop this and to go down a better path.
- When all else fails, she throws the reset button up into the air, causing it to knock into Monty, causing him to spin straight into him, stopping the Observer from resetting the world.
- It is thanks to Chica's determination and selflessness that she manages to redeem the Observer, which would lead him to not only kill off Glitchtrap, but revive every deceased animatronic in the process.
- It is ultimately thanks to her that every animatronic gets to live in peace and prosperity.
- While it is possible that she assisted the other animatronics in killing the night guards in the past, as Bonnie mentions that they have seemingly done this before. Whether Chica had any involvement in them is left completely ambiguous, with it being possible that they did not participate in any of them. And while she is seen with the cast in the UCN Specials, she is never actually seen assisting in the killing, with her only being seen in the kitchen doing nothing.
- While her amnesia may have given her moral agency issues, nothing in the animation outright proves this, and even then, once she regains her memories she still still retains the same personality.
Trivia[]
- She is the only character in The Special Strike to be Pure Good.
- With The Specials Quest releasing at some point, it is possible that this may end up affecting her status.
