Cookie Jarvis is the overarching protagonist of the cereal mascot-based webcomic Breakfast of the Gods. He is a powerful wizard who saw a vision of Count Chocula bringing eternal night to his homeland of Cerealia. He masterminded a plan to defeat evil and protect peace on the island. He hid himself inside a Lucky Charm until he broke free for the final battle against Chocula.
What makes him Pure Good?[]
- He is a protector who has earned the trust of King Vitaman and most of the citizens of Cerealia, aside from those working for Chocula.
- He is friendly and happy usually, but when the time comes he takes protecting his allies very seriously.
- He received a vision of Count Chocula coming to Cerealia and turning it into eternal night so he can roam the island freely and devour it all. To prevent this from happening, Jarvis used a protecting enchantment causing it to stay morning everywhere except Count Chocula's castle. To power this spell, he needed someone who was pure-hearted to act as a living battery. King Vitaman happily volunteered.
- He switched King Vitaman's casket with Yummy Mummy's to throw off Count Chocula if he were to look for it.
- To protect himself for when he would be needed most, he imprisoned himself on one of the Lucky Charms and had Boo Berry be his mole. In the final battle, Boo Berry freed him.
- He used his magic in the final battle to fight against Lucky, one of Chocula's most powerful soldiers, and imprison him in a cookie jar.
- Leading other magicians and combining their magic power, he summoned the sun overhead Chocula and killed him once and for all.
- Though this is a lethal move, it was necessary to ensure the future peace of Cerealia, as Chocula was the main threat to it.
- When Quake destroyed the Sogmaster and caused its mothership to explode, Jarvis used protective forcefields to protect everyone from the explosion, saving all of their lives.
- He used his magic to free Boo Berry from roaming the Earth as a ghost and allowed him to finally move on to the afterlife.
- Though when he was young he stole the Lucky Charms from Lucky, in the story's present he was genuinely sorry and apologized to Lucky despite Lucky being his enemy on Count Chocula's side.
