Malcolm Crowe is one of the protagonists of the 1999 horror film The Sixth Sense. He is a child psychologist who becomes invested in helping a young boy, Cole Sears, who is being haunted by ghosts.
He was played by Bruce Willis.

- He comes to visit Cole in the hospital after he is attacked, and earns the boy's trust enough that Cole opens up and reveals he can see ghosts.
- He feels bad that he isn't as close to his wife and tries to grow closer to her, not realizing the real reason for her behavior.
- He agrees to investigate Cole's story, analyzing his recordings and confirming that the ghosts are real.
- He tells Cole that the ghosts are not malevolent but they need Cole's help, which helps Cole overcome his fear.
- As a result of his advice, Cole is able to communicate with Kyra, exposing the girl's mother as her killer.
- He manages to communicate with his wife after realizing he's a ghost, telling her that he always loved her and never viewed her as second to his work.
