Emilia is the deuteragonist and the main heroine of the 2014 Japanese dark fantasy light novel series Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, as well as its anime television series and manga adaptations of the same name.
She is voiced by Rie Takahashi in the Japanese version and by Kayli Mills in the English dub.

- When Pandora told her to open the gate with the key, she didn’t do it because she made a promise to her mother to not open the gate.
- Even when her mother died, she still refuses to open the gate for Pandora.
- She saved an innocent family from a beast that's coming after them.
- She surrendered herself to Chap to prevent the villagers from suffering repercussions.
- After defeating Chap's men, she tries to warn and beg for Chap and his remaining men to not bring harm to the village who are suffering.
- She defeated the Snow blight by attacking it with a crossbow.
- She checked up on the villages realizing that they could be in danger.
- When learning that Chap and his men arrived before her, she did nothing, and stated that she's happy to at least hear that.
