Fiora is the deuteragonist and one of the seven playable characters in Xenoblade Chronicles. She appeared again as an optional Blade in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 alongside Shulk as part of the Challenge Battle Mode. She is a childhood friend of Shulk and Reyn as well as Dunban's younger sister. Despite appearing near the beginning of the game, she is the last of the protagonists to join the party permanently. This is due to the fact that she is believed to be killed by Metal Face, which fuels Shulk's main reason for setting out on his journey.
She is voiced by Eri Nakao in the Japanese version and Carina Reeves in the English version.
What Makes Her Pure Good?[]
- She is a very caring person, always wanted to help the innocents and even shown to be forgiving to few villains like Egil and Gadolt.
- While she can be snarky at times, especially towards Reyn, it is very minor and harmless.
- She treated her brother Dunban his wounds after his battle in Sword Valley, although the injury of his left arm is permanent.
- She assisted Shulk and Reyn in collecting replacement cylinders for the Mobile Artillery.
- Fought off the Mechon when they attacked Colony 9 along with Shulk and Reyn.
- Went to her house to check if Dunban is okay from the attack.
- She piloted the Mobile Artillery and saved Shulk, Reyn, and Dunban from Metal Face. While she was seemingly killed in the process, the injury from Metal Face's face forced him to retreat.
- When Meyneth is controlling her body in Galahad Fortress, Fiora gained enough strength to call out in Meyneth's mind, begging her to save Shulk and the others from Egil, which Meyneth granted her wish. This gave Meyneth the strength to break free of Egil's will and she destroys half of Galahad Fortress, saving Shulk and the party in the process, but greatly damaging her Face Mechon as well.
- Unlike Shulk, who was happy that Meyneth is no longer controlling her body, Fiora did not hate her for it and actually wanted to help Meyneth.
- She allowed Meyneth to take control of her body to explain the history between the Bionis and Mechonis, and their war, and how Zanza was the real source of the war.
- She and the other party members helped save Gadolt, who was Jade Face, in braking free of Egil's control.
- She and her friends stopped Egil from destroying the Bionis, saving thousands of lives.
- She called out Shulk in begging him to spare Egil.
- After Meyneth sacrificed her life to save the party members, Fiora’s Mechon body is starting to become weaker and slowly dying in the process. She asked Melia to keep her circumstance a secret from others, knowing that it will make them worry.
- She helped defend Colony 6 from the attack of Telethias.
- She helped in defeating Zanza and his two disciples, Dickson and Lorithia, for good, preventing them from resetting the world.
- In the Future Connected end credit, while she was shown to be angry at Shulk for going off to a dangerous adventure at Bionis' Shoulder with Melia, this is mostly due to being worried about them.
