Fluttershy's human counterpart is one of the main characters of the My Little Pony: Equestria Girls film series.
She served as one of the five deuteragonists of My Little Pony: Equestria Girls, one of the five main protagonists of Rainbow Rocks, one of the five tritagonists of Friendship Games, and Legend of Everfree, one of the seven main protagonists of the Equestria Girls miniseries, the specials, and the Summertime Shorts, and a major character in the digital series.
She is voiced by Andrea Libman, who also voiced her pony counterpart.

- Revealing the mastermind behind the theft of props from Daring Do movie set along with her friends.
- She organized a charity pet photo shoot and helps Sunset Shimmer choose her pet.
- She gives a "squirrel toupee" to hide Bulk Biceps' bald spot.
- She defeated Wallflower Blush by destroying Memory Stone along with her friends.
- She defeated Vignette Valencia by destroying enchanted phone along with her friends.
- Saving the animals by outfitting them with life jackets.
- In “Lost and Pound” she helped find and returned Princess Thunder Gus to Su-Z.
