Hua Mulan (花木兰) is the main protagonist of Disney Motion Pictures’ 2020 live-action remake film, Mulan.
She is portrayed by Liu Yifei.
What makes her Pure Good?[]
- She protected her sister Xiu from a spider since Xiu had arachnophobia.
- She felt remorse for causing a mishap which led the Matchmaker to call her a disgrace in front of her family even thought it wasn't her fault.
- Despite the fact that Mulan herself is a woman and the fact that Chinese warriors forbid women to fight for their country, she disguised herself as a male warrior and took cover for her father since he was old and the only male member of Mulan’s family.
- Mulan brought honor to her family.
- She is also very devoted to them.
- She shows respect to her ancestors.
- Even after all the terrible stuff that Xianniang did to Mulan and her army, Mulan saved her from falling to the ground (although Xianniang eventually died right after in her hands because she was shot by Bori Khan’s bow & arrow).
- She rescued the country, the dynasty, and the Emperor from Bori Khan.
- Although she has some serious moments, she is still taken lightly.
