Link is the tritagonist of the 2024 action-adventure video game The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom.
He is a young swordsman who saves Princess Zelda from an Echo of Ganon only to be pulled into a rift and held prisoner in the Still World.
What Makes Him Pure Good?[]
- Before the events of the game, Link saved many people from being taken by rifts. Although it was done offscreen, it still has an impact on the story, with many characters recounting the times that Link saved them and being worried about his disappearance.
- At one point before the events of the game, Link saved a Sheikah man named Lueburry from monsters, which is how he got his weapons.
- A man named Jacint shows concern about Link's disappearance and also reveals that aside from fighting monsters and saving people from rifts, Link also helps out people with other, more minor issues.
- When Zelda wears the Green Tunic and talks to a yeti named Condé, Condé is shown to be extremely happy, recalling somebody wearing these clothes saving him from a rift, heavily implying that that person was Link.
- At the beginning of the game, he frees Zelda from the crystal that Ganon trapped her in right before he got swallowed up by a rift.
- When Null attempts to capture Zelda after she defeated the Ganon Echo, Link steps in and fights the ancient evil off, resulting in him getting captured instead.
- He and Zelda fought through Null's Body and defeated Null together, finally ending its reign of terror.
