Link (also known as the Hero of Twilight or Wolf Link in his Twilit form) is the main protagonist of the 2006 action-adventure game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
He is a teenage farm hand and the descendant of the Hero of Time, who lives in the quiet settlement of Ordon Village. After his childhood friend, Ilia, and all of the village's children are abducted by King Bulblin, Link teams up with a mysterious imp named Midna to rescue them.

Story Events[]
- He helps Fado herd the goats, and teaches the kids how to use a slingshot.
- He voulenteers to deliver the Ordon Sword to Hyrule Castle.
- He attempts to save his friends from King Bulblin.
- He is always willing to work with Midna, and never shows any animosity to her for her behavior.
- He clears the Twilight from Hyrule, resurrecting the Light Spirits in the process.
- He escorts Ralis to Kakariko Village for treatment.
- He helps Midna save the Twilight realm from Zant by assisting her in her quest to get the Fused Shadows, saving Darbus in the process.
- When Zant critically injures Midna, he takes her to Princess Zelda for treatment.
- He helps Midna retrieve the Mirror Shards, allowing Ooccoo to return home and saving the Oocca from Argorok in the process.
- He retrieves the Sols, saving the remaining Twili from becoming shadow beasts.
- He defeats Zant and ends his tyranny.
- He defeats and kills Ganondorf out of complete necessity (for justice), breaking Midna's curse and saving the two kingdoms.
Side Quests/Optional[]
- He retrieves the Golden Bugs for Agitha.
- He repairs the broken bridge, and brings Malo Mart to castle town.
- He defeats King Bulblin for the fourth time, convincing him to betray Ganondorf and Zant.
- He saves a Goron trapped in a rock.
- He re-opens the boat ride in Upper Zora's River.
- He learns all 7 Hidden Skills, allowing the Hero's Shade to peacefully depart.
