“ | I just want you all to know… that no matter what happens, this is what I have longed to see. Everyone working together... trusting each other. I may not be in service of the game… but I am in service to you. You all are, to each other. | „ |
~ MePad |
MePad is one of the two deuteragonists (alongside Knife) of Inanimate Insanity II, the second season of the 2011 animated web series Inanimate Insanity.
He is one of the two co-hosts (alongside Toilet) of the second season of Inanimate Insanity being MePhone4's more favored assistant after MePhone4 rescued him from Meeple away from Steve Cobs however as of the episode "Truth or Flare" he no longer works for MePhone4.
He was voiced by Beatrice Collins for episodes 2-12, and is voiced by one of the show writers Justin Chapman onward.
What Makes Him Pure Good?[]
- He is incredibly polite, as he even occasionally addresses them using "Mr." or "Ms." and addressing MePhone as "sir".
- Was a good friend to all of the contestants in Inanimate Insanity, befriending Taco, who was seen as an outcast by the contestants and letting Marshmallow leave Inanimate Insanity.
- While he was a bit sarcastic and a bit of a jerk, like when he commented on Trophy's elimination and noted Dough's repetitive nature, he subverted that corrupting factor as the show went on.
- Offers advice and solutions to MePhone4's problems.
- When Toilet vents to him about how he's the one always getting praised by Mephone4 while he gets nothing, Mepad confirms to him that he sees Toilet as an equal to him and not as inferior.
- Due to his intelligence and observant nature, he was able to point out that the contestants were not pleased themselves, since they were focused on pleasing each other.
- When Mephone4 fires Toilet and falsely accuses him of working for Steve Cobs, Mepad tries to defend him despite it not working.
- He was able to discuss with MePhone4 about him wanting to rebel against Cobs, but thinking that his show, Inanimate Insanity technically had Cobs in control.
- Left Inanimate Insanity after Taco pointed out the nature of the show.
- While reluctant at first to save the contestants from MePhoneX, he subverted this corrupting factor when MePhone4 told him to save them for their sake, and not for his sake.
- Teleported the remaining contestants from Hotel OJ to the Purgatory Mansion to help them save Suitcase and Knife from Cobs' ship.
- He sacrificed his life to save MePhone4 from Cobs, which is his most admirable act, since there was an implication that he knew that the contestants were inside of him, since when MePhone4 told him that he said that he shouldn't have died for him, MePad replied with "I... didn't..." meaning that whether or not he actually knew that the contestants were inside of him, he saved his life from Cobs because of the possibility they were still inside of him. Besides, Cobs said that he gets to kill every single "insect" that MePhone4 created just before he attempted to stab him and MePad saved him, which implies that MePad was in hearing range of what Cobs said.

- He and Suitcase are the only Object Show characters to be approved as Pure Good.
