This article pertains to a Pure Good with more than one version who is Pure Good!

Michael had to correct for the sins of his father. He had to make things right. Michael would burn Fazbear Entertainment to the ground. I mean, what could you do when your skin was permanently purple?
~ MatPat describing Mike's intent to save the spirits claimed by his father William.
It was time. He had been instructed to seal the doors and leave, but while he locked everything down, he didn't move on. If this was truly meant to be the end, if the remnant needed to be washed away, he needed to be a part of that. And with that, it was over. The Afton legacy died with all of them trapped inside of a literal box. As the flames danced around the office, Mike, for the first time in decades, was happy.
~ MatPat describing Mike's final moments.

Michael "Mike" Afton is the secondary antagonist of Game Theory's "ULTIMATE" version of the Five Nights at Freddy's timelines, serving as a minor character in Part 1 and 4, a major character in Part 2 and the main protagonist of Part 3. He is the son of William and Clara Afton who wants to undo the sins of his father.

What Makes Him Pure Good?[]

  • While he bullied his younger brother relentlessly as a teen, he showed remorse for accidentally causing his death and grew into a much better person.
  • When he discovered his father William's horrific crimes and how his younger sister Elizabeth was killed by Circus Baby, he tried to free her and the rest of the Funtime Animatronics from Circus Baby's Entertainment & Rental, although this would backfire as Elizabeth and the Funtimes would scoop out his organs and use his body as a skinsuit for a period of time.
  • After regaining control of his body, he worked as a nightguard at several closed Fazbear locations and burnt them down at the end of his work weeks in order to free the souls of William's child victims trapped haunting the buildings.
  • He shows disgust at how how the horror attraction Fazbear's Fright was capitalizing on the tragedies that occurred at the locations all those years ago. He went on to work as nightguard at that location too, it being where William had now found himself as Springtrap, and burn it down too to make sure he couldn't hurt anyone else.
  • As the manager of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place, he lured Springtrap, Elizabeth, Molten Freddy and Lefty to the location so Henry Emily could incinerate them all, with Mike staying behind in the location to be burnt to death too so that his Remnant could also be incinerated too.
  • While it's mostly glossed over by the video, the fact that he became Glamrock Freddy implies that he committed all of his heroic deeds, namely his protection of Gregory.
  • Unlike his canon counterpart, he lacks any and all Fridge Logic to his actions since they are explained in-depth by the video and it's made clear that he wants to right the wrongs of his father.

Trivia[]

  • He and his FNaF Raps counterpart are the only versions of Michael Afton to be Pure Good as his canon counterpart relies too much on implied heroism.
  • Despite being Pure Good, he is the child of William and Clara Afton, two Near Pure Evils.
