Michaelis is a major supporting character in the webcomic, Clinic of Horrors.

What Makes Him Pure Good?[]

When he realizes Bianca can see him for what he really is, he doesn't retaliate or try to silence her, instead choosing to accept the fate of her telling everyone. He even shows gratitude when Bianca displays willingness to keep his secret.
He is shown to care for Sarah as much as Bianca, as he ponders why Bianca knocks her out in one instance, prompting her to explain about an eye parasite Sarah had.
When two girls speak negatively about Bianca, Michaelis stands up for her.
While suspicious of Dr. Adler upon first seeing him and his mushroom parasite, Michaelis doesn't act recklessly and instead waits until he can confirm his suspicions of Adler being dangerous.
He doesn't bring harm to any of the infected students, prioritizing Bianca's safety above all else.
When he realizes Bianca has been infected, he injects her with the cure even while she goes into a rage and starts stabbing him showing how he values her life and the lives of others above his own.
His actions of saving Bianca allow her to cure the rest of the school of Adler's mushroom parasite.
He recognizes the Golden Swan as suspicious due to there being no info about it online and warns Bianca against going there for her safety.
