Mitsuha Miyamizu is one of the two main protagonists (alongside Taki Tachibana) of the 2016 anime movie Your Name.
She is voiced by Stephanie Sheh, who voiced Hinata Hyūga in Naruto, and Orihime Inoue in Bleach.
What makes her Pure Good?[]
- First of all, she earns the distinction of standing out with only having one unique act of crossing the Goodness Zone, which is by telling her father to evacuate everyone from Itomori which led to 500 people being spared from getting destroyed by Tiamat, after her attempt to do so in Taki's body by pulling the false emergency alert and cutting the power supply didn't work.
- Personality wise, she is a very kind and selfless girl, with no corrupting factors, who always wants to help others. Indeed, her laid-back and somewhat rebellious demeanor is just because she was very dissatisfied with her life in Itomori and wanted to live in the city instead, due to her angst coming from a combination of boredom, being teased by some of her peers for being a shrine maiden, and feeling forced to live the life she was living by her father.
- She stands out among the other heroes within the shared continuity between Your Name and Weathering with You being on the middle ground when it comes to resources compared to the most admirable heroes there.
