Naotora Ii is one of the major protagonists in the Samurai Warriors video game series. She is an adoptive mother of Naomasa Ii and the daughter of Naomori Ii.
She was voiced by Yuka Saitō.

Samurai Warriors[]
- Despite fearing the war and the most conflict, she was begin to encouraged fights with her best friend Tazu. She also joined the battle of Okehazama with her family and lord, which they managing to protected Yoshimoto, Tazu, and the others and attacked the Oda. As a result, her father and friend are dead, Nobunaga kill Yoshimoto, she worried about her clan's future and that suffering a stomach ache from stress but Ieyasu as he shared the same dilemma.
- Unlike the other SW characters, she was very kind, protective, helpful, supportive, honorable, optimistic, selfless, and loyal towards her family and lord throughout the games.
- Upon seeing in Ieyasu, she keep supporting the Tokugawa to respected her friend's wisdom and goodness.
- At the battle of Sekigahara, she and Tadakatsu are protected their lord from being attacked by Yoshihiro and Toyohisa. She chasing the fleeing men and fights Toyohisa, but eventually shot by him and death. At the Eastern Army's version, she is survived in the battle.
- She was controlled by Gracia in order to support her. However, they are joined the idol's performance with Koshosho, Kunoichi, Oichi, Okuni, Katsuie, and the girls.
Warriors Orochi[]
- Following her son and Tadakatsu to Komaki-Nagakute, she fights the empowered Lu Bu with them. They meet Sun Quan's forces after learning a mistakes between their forces, which help save the villagers from Dong Zhuo's alliance.
- Accompanied the rebel group in their searching for allies, she and Tadakatsu are arriving at Mikatagahara-Jianye to finding their lord and fights Lu Bu. Unable to defeat Lu Bu, she seizing the snake bracelet and becoming deify warrior, hoping to beat him and Da Ji.
- She following Liu Bei, Naomasa, Yukimura, and the coalition to deal with Nobunaga in Honnoji.
- Upon failing to find Perseus, who revealed himself as Loki, she later helps the warriors opening the gates leading to Zeus's palace in Olympus as well as securing the god's body at Osaka Castle.
- She and the warriors are going to facing Loki at Guangling.
- She stop Orochi, Odin, and Hades with the help of the coalition and deities.
Warriors All-Stars[]
- She was one of the members of the Shiki's forces along with Ayane, Yukimura, Mitsunari, and the warriors and help Tamaka and Setsuna's forces to defeat Yomi and save the world.
- She help purified Queen Sayo.

- She and Oichi are the only two Samurai Warriors heroes to be Pure Good.
- She is one of the few characters from Koei's Warriors series to be Pure Good, the other beings Kaguya and Athena from the Warriors Orochi series, Bu Lianshi and Guan Yinping from the Dynasty Warriors series.
