Navia Caspar is a supporting and playable character from the 2020 video game Genshin Impact. She is an aristocrat and the second president of Spina di Rosula, who uses her organisation to defend innocent people.

She is voiced by Brenna Larsen in English, Aki Toyosaki in Japanese, Xiaogan in Chinese (who also voiced Sucrose in the same game), and Jeong Hae-eun in Korean.

What Makes Her Pure Good?

In General

• While she had a mischievous side as a child, this is due to her father neglecting her after falling into a catatonic state when her mother passed away, leading to him enabling her mischievous behaviour. She also subverted her mischievousness as she grew up.
• Even though she was hostile to Clorinde at first, this was because she was unaware of the real reason she killed her father, so it is understandable. After discovering the truth behind her father's death, the two return to being friends.
• Overall, she has no corrupting qualities and stands out due to having lower resources than other Pure Goods such as Furina.

Background

• After her father Callas was killed by Clorinde, she took over as the president of the Spina Di Rosula, helping many innocent people in Fontaine.

Archon Quests

• As Furina was about to implicate Lyney of being behind the serial disappearances case during his trial, Navia brings up the box and orders Lyney to replicate the trick, swapping places with the Mondstadter thief Liliane who went under the false identity of Halsey, the thief they pursued who snuck in with a stolen ticket, allowing the trial to be in Lyney’s favour.
• When a group of Gardemeks attack her, Traveler, and Paimon, she saves them by fighting off the Gardemeks.
• When Neuvillette is unable to find information on Vacher and goes to apologise to Navia, she calls him out for disregarding Callas' life with empty words, making him cry. This sends forth rain which reveals his identity as the Hydro Dragon and piqued the Traveler’s heightened Hydro senses caused by ingesting the Primordial Sea-spiked Fonta, leading to them to learn that the culprit was dissolved to leave no evidence, which Navia separately remembers suddenly and heads to Poisson.
• After heading to Poisson, she discovers the truth behind the Sinthe business. This leads to Marcel being sent to court, where she testifies against him and he is found guilty and is drowned by the Oceanid, preventing more women from being dissolved and clearing Tartaglia's name.
• Forgives Neuvillette and Clorinde for causing her father's death and resumes her friendship with Clorinde.
• Explores the ruins with Traveler, Paimon and Neuvillette to look for the truth behind the prophecy, though they find no leads.
• Along with the group, she helps create a plan to capture and interrogate Furina about the prophecy.
• Exposes Furina as a false archon by having her dip her hand into impure Primordial Seawater. While this may seem cruel, she didn’t intend to hurt Furina and only asked for a small amount of Primordial Seawater, and is concerned to see Furina’s hand be injured by it. It was also necessary to end the prophecy and allow Furina to rest after 500 years of playing the role of an Archon.
• When Fontaine is flooded because of the prophecy, she saves several Fontanians by lifting them onto the ark built by Wriothesley.

Story Quests

• Navia continued to work as part of Poisson's reconstruction from the flood caused by the prophecy, while being persistent despite the Spina di Rosula being hit with massive losses.
• When the Spina member Colter betrays her by joining Romeuf's team to bomb Poisson and pin the blame on her, Navia orders for the entire town to be evacuated and blocks the advancing boulders.
• Despite Romeuf and his team being Spina members, she refuses to privately handle the matter with them as she believes that people who endanger innocents are too insane to be reasoned with.
• Sympathises with Colter's plight despite his betrayal and tells him that even though he will no longer be a Spina member, she would still welcome him back to Poisson when he's released.
• In Clorinde's story quest, she helped fight Devorator to prevent it from threatening Fontaine.
