Paula Jones

Paula Jones is one of three deuteragonists of the 1994 SNES science fantasy video game EarthBound. She is a psychic girl in Twoson who becomes the second member of Ness's Chosen Four to defeat Giygas.

What Makes Her Pure Good?[]

She is unambiguously kind to everyone and cares very much for her friends.
She helps her parents run a preschool where she forms deep bonds with all of the children.
She gives Ness the Franklin Badge needed to defeat Mr. Carpainter and disband his cult of Happy Happyists.
When imprisoned in Threed with Ness, she uses her ability to send out a message to Jeff Andonuts and asks for his help, leading him to save them.
She helped defeated the Boogey Tent along with Ness and Jeff.
She helped save Threed from the zombie invasion using the zombie paper invented by Apple Kid, alongside Ness and Jeff.
She, along with Ness and Jeff, defeat Master Belch and free the inhabitants of Saturn Valley.
She and her gang assist in digging for a treasure in a mine in the desert and repay the theater proprietor on behalf of the Runaway Five.
After being saved in Fourside, she uses her psychic abilities to sense that the group must go back to Threed to reach Summers, where they find the newly-repaired Sky Runner to fly.
After she and her gang enter Stonehenge, they defeat numerous Starmen, then their leader Starman DX, freeing Dr Andonuts, Apple Kid and other kidnapped people.
When Dr. Andonuts tolds her that her soul must be removed and put into a robot body to enter the Phase Distorter, she and her friends unhesitatingly agree to the procedure.
She and her friends travel to the Cave of the Past to fight Giygas as well as Porky Minch, with her contributing some damage and helping scare away Porky.
She gives the prayer to ultimately defeat Giygas and stop his omnicide for good once all of the members are out of hope.
Though Ness does the majority of the work in defeating Giygas and his army, while Jeff and Poo arguably provide much more support, she is still able to stand out as her prayer is ultimate what leads to the defeat of Giygas.
