Princess Zelda, also known as Sheik, is the titular tritagonist of the 1998 action-adventure game The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and a minor character in its 2000 sequel The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask as well as their respective 3DS remakes.
She is the princess of Hyrule who wanted to get a preemptive strike on Ganondorf by gaining access to the Sacred Realm to gain the Triforce, unaware that it was exactly what Ganondorf wanted.
She was voiced by Jun Mizusawa.
What Makes Her Pure Good?[]
- Attempts to warn her father about Ganondorf, as despite not doing anything bad yet, she knows he can't be trusted.
- Recognizing Link as the boy from her dreams, she tells him about her dreams and how to get the Triforce to prevent Ganondorf from getting to it first.
- Gives Link the Ocarina of Time while being chased by Ganondorf.
- Teaches Link the Song of Time so he can enter the Sacred Realm.
- When Link wakes up from his seven year rest, Zelda, disguised as Sheik, tells him where the other sages are located and gives him important advice.
- Teaches Link the warp songs that allow him to teleport to the various temples around Hyrule.
- During the final battle with Ganondorf in his Ganon form, she uses her magic to hold Ganon in place while Link delivers the final blow.
- Calls upon the six other sages to seal Ganondorf away.
- Feeling remorse for what she put Link through, she sends him back to the past so he can get his childhood back.
- In both the adult and fallen hero timelines, leads the painstaking process of rebuilding Hyrule
- In the fallen hero timeline, she and the other sages seal Ganon in the sacred realm with the complete triforce as a last ditch effort to save Hyrule after Link had been slain.
