Princess Zelda is the titular tritagonist of the 2006 action-adventure game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
She is the benevolent princess of Hyrule, whom Link is set to deliver a sword to as a gift on the day of her coronation to become the next Queen of Hyrule. However, on that same day, Zant and the Shadow Beasts invade Hyrule Castle and force her to surrender, causing most of Hyrule to be covered in Twilight. Held captive in her castle, Zelda nevertheless uses her wits and the Triforce of Wisdom to help Link and Midna free her people.
What Makes Her Pure Good?[]
- She ruled as Hyrule as a kind and benevolent princess who dedicated her life to defend her kingdom.
- Surrenders her kingdom to Zant to prevent him from killing all of Hyrule's inhabitants.
- Sacrifices herself to save Midna by healing her with her powers when Midna suffered injuries from the light exposure.
- Assists Link in during the horseback chase by shooting Ganondorf with Light Arrows and helped saved Hyrule.
- She helped free Hyrule from the Twilight alongside with Link and bringing peace and harmony back to Hyrule.
- After Ganondorf's death, she shows sympathy for him with a praying gesture showing a Alas, Poor Villain moment.
