She is voiced by Kristen Bell as a young adult, and by Livvy Stubenrauch, Katie Lopez, and Agatha Lee Monn as a child.

What Makes Her Pure Good?

  • She sacrificed herself for her sister, which also helped Elsa in controlling her powers.
  • She inspired Elsa to be a better person.
  • She was willing to help both her sister and her own kingdom.
  • She stood up to Prince Hans for his attempt to both let her die and kill Elsa by punching him in the face.
  • She is responsible for commanding the Earth Giants to destroy the dam her paternal grandfather Runeard had built during the third act of the second movie, lifting the mist in the Enchanted Forest once and for all, after discovering that her grandfather was actually an evil tyrant.
  • In the canon novel Polar Nights: Cast into Darkness, she and Elsa helped Ingr clear her sister's name after King Runeard blamed her for attempting to usurp the throne of Vesterland to gather support for his dam and saved a depowered Elsa from drowning in the river.

  • She (along with Elsa and Olaf) are the only three Pure Goods of the Frozen franchise.
