What Makes Him Pure Good?[]
- He joined in the presentation of Simba and an unnamed cub in the end of the film.
- He felt saddened when Scar assumed Simba is dead and when he saw a tuft of his mane, he was delighted that he is alive.
- He went off to the jungle to find Simba, and unlike Nala, he refuses to leave him and talked some sense into him.
- He helped Simba become King of the Pride Lands.
- He defended Zazu from being eaten by the hyenas.
- Despite his original counterpart having corrupting qualities such as being mischievous and hitting Simba and Timon with his cane, this counterpart of him lacks any corrupting qualities.
- Despite having less screen time in the film, he manages to stand out as playing a crucial part in defeating Scar and ending his reign of terror.
Trivia[]
- Only his film version may be considered Pure Good, as his animated version doesn't stand out at all and doesn't subvert his jerkish moments.
