Rex is an orange Tyrannosaurus Rex and the main protagonist from We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story. He likes to sing, dance, and even play golf.
He is voiced by John Goodman, who later voiced Pacha in The Emperor's New Groove. and Sulley in the Monsters, Inc. franchise.
What Makes Him Pure Good?[]
- Out of 4 the four dinosaurs, Rex is the kindest and most heroic as he is the one making the choices.
- He is the first dinosaur to realize that Louie and Cecilia are in danger.
- He saves the other dinosaurs from being captured by the police.
- He sacrifices his own intelligence, so Louie and Cecilia can be free.
- Thanks to Louie's pleas, Rex goes back to his sentient self.
- He successfully fulfils the children's wishes along with the other dinosaurs.
- Even though he went savage thanks to accepting Professor Screweyes's offer, it doesn't make him fallen as he wasn't in control of himself making this Professor Screweyes's actions and not Rex's and Louie cured him with his pleas.
