Richard "Dick" Grayson, also known as Robin and later Nightwing is the deuteragonist of The Lego Batman Movie. Originally an orphan, he is adopted by Batman, who initially disregards Robin but eventually grows attached to him and views him as his own son.
He is voiced by Michael Cera.
What Makes Him Pure Good?[]
- Even though he lost his parents at a young age and lived in an orphanage where none of the other children were friends with him, Robin still maintained an optimistic and hopeful demeanor and showed kindness to everyone.
- Never showed any resentment towards the other orphans for their unjust treatment of him, showing his lack of hatred.
- Only ever wants to be part of a family again and know what it means to be loved.
- Displays great excitement and gratitude upon being adopted by Bruce Wayne and getting to go on missions with Batman.
- After successfully retrieving the Phantom Zone projector, attempts to give Batman a compassionate hug.
- Though he helped Batman steal the Phantom Zone projector and send Joker to the Phantom Zone, he very much likely didn't know what he was doing was wrong.
- When Barbara looked him in jail along with Batman, he kindly insists that it will be okay as long as he's doing his time along with Batman.
- Never shows hate for Batman after the latter treated him poorly.
- Saves Batman from the Gremlins alongside Alfred.
- Attempts to single-handedly stop Joker and save the rest of his family.
- Assisted Batman in sending the villains back into the Phantom Zone and saving Gotham City from being destroyed.
- Before being sent into the Phantom Zone, tenderly embraced Batman as a final act of love before leaving.
- Is one of the people who helps inspires Batman to open his heart up to others and become a better person.

- He, Emmet Brickowski, Lloyd Garmadon, Master Wu, Zane, The First Spinjitzu Master, P.I.X.A.L., Hudson Harper and Batgirl are the nine characters from the LEGO franchise who are considered Pure Good.
- He and Batgirl are the only two heroes from Batman's world who are Pure Good.
