She-Ra/Adora is the titular main protagonist from DreamWorks She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and the entire She-Ra movie franchise, the 2018 remake of She-Ra (1980).

She is voiced by Aimee Carrero, who also voiced Princess Elena in Elena of Avalor.

What Makes Her Pure Good?[]

In General[]

She is friendly to the members of the Horde army, even when she left the Horde Army to join Bright Moon Army and became a mentor figure towards Glimmer. She is also willing to work with Shadow Weaver despite the abuse she suffered from her and mourned Shadow Weaver's death.
Although she was slightly arrogant of her abilities as She-Ra at the beginning of the series, it was mostly played for laughs and she eventually reformed it.

Season 1[]

Even before defecting from the Horde, Adora was shown to be kind and had several heroic moments, such as:
- She was the only one in the Horde who was consistently kind towards Catra, cheering her up, worrying about her well-being, and protecting her from Shadow Weaver's abuse.
- She was loyal to her team, and asked Shadow Weaver to allow them to join her in active duty for the Horde.
- Overall, despite her being a member of the Horde, Adora never knew how bad they were and genuinely believed that the Princess Alliance was evil and that the Horde was trying to protect Etheria.
Upon learning about the true nature of the Horde, who raised and took care of her since she was a baby, she left them and joined the Rebellion after realizing that they were nowhere near who the Horde made them out to be and taught her that they were.
Even after Bow and Glimmer tried to capture her due to being a horde soldier when they first met, she still decides to save them when they were about to get killed by a giant bug.
She goes out of her way to save a village that was being attacked by the Horde.
She tried to convince Catra to leave with her to the Rebellion when she told the latter that she was leaving the Horde, albeit unsuccessfully.
She saved Bow and a horse when they got surrounded by Horde soldiers.
She saved Madame Razz from falling to her death.
She rescued Swift Wind when he got captured by the Horde.
She helped save Plumeria when the Horde was polluting it so they wouldn't be able to use their magic.
She fixed the Sea Gate of Salineas when it was getting destroyed by the Horde.
During her fight with Catra in the Kingdom of Snows, when Catra was about to fall to her death, she saved her, despite her kidnapping her friends a few minutes before this.
She went to the Fright Zone to rescue Bow and Glimmer from the Horde, and convinced Queen Angella to not give herself to them in order to free Glimmer.
She gave herself in to the Horde in hopes they would free Glimmer.
She brought Glimmer to a skif where her friends were.
After finding out about Entrapta being gone, Adora tried to go save her before Bow told her she died (although it's revealed that she wasn't).
She went to the Whispering Woods to find a First Ones' base so she could learn how to heal Glimmer.
Despite everything she did to her, Adora still saved Catra on multiple occasions from the First Ones' robots.
She tried to convince Catra to join the Rebellion and leave the Horde when they met at the First One's base, although it failed.
She decided not to stay away from her friends and saved Bow, Glimmer and Swift Wind from the First Ones' robots.
She saved Bright Moon from the Horde.

Season 2[]

She helped in protecting the Whispering Woods from the Horde's bots.
She convinced Bow not to give up on trying to understand the Horde's bots and find a way to stop them.
She helped in deactivating the First Ones' messenger on Alwyn, which allowed its civilians to go back to their homes.
She helped boost Bow's transmission to get the message of the First Ones.
She and Glimmer went after Bow when they thought he was in danger, although it was revealed he went to his parents' house.

Season 3[]

Despite all that Shadow Weaver did to her, Adora still decided to heal her when she found out she was dying.
She went to the Crimson Waste to find out the truth about Mara.
She was able to convince Huntara to help them fight against the Horde.
She told Huntara to escape with her friends so they would be safe even when she was getting captured by Catra.
She tried to convince Catra on multiple occasions to not open a portal with She-ra's sword, although she refused to listen.
She was able to convince Entrapta to question the possibility of opening a portal with the sword being dangerous, which made Entrapta try to tell Hordak not to open it, although it failed due to Catra eletrocuting her to unconsciousness and sending her to Beast Island.
In her hallucinations, she tried to save Lonnie from disappearing when the Fright Zone started collapsing.
Despite everything she did, Adora still tried to convince Catra to change, although she refused. She later decide to stand up against Catra and called her out for everything she did, including attempting to destroy the reality.
She tried to sacrifice herself to close the portal to stop reality from collapsing, although Angella decided to do it instead.
Through Angella's sacrifice, Adora was able to destroy the portal, which saved all of reality.
She and the rest of the Alliance comforted Glimmer after she found out about her mother's death.

Season 4[]

She and Bow tried to help Glimmer during her coronation and make her happy, as well as keeping her mind off her mother's death.
She had Frosta unfreeze Sea Hawk.
She and Bow helped Glimmer get through the Quest of Queens.
She and Bow protected Glimmer when she was attacked by the moon guardian of the Chamber of Queens.
She and Bow comforted Glimmer when she told them that she didn't recharge her powers out of fear she would lose the memories of her mother.
She and Bow distracted the moon guardian long enough for Glimmer to use her lamp to end the Quest of Queens.
She, Bow, Perfuma and Huntara went to the Crimson Waste to retrieve Mara's ship.
She stopped Huntara from attacking the horde soldiers, as doing so would endanger their mission.
Despite Grox betraying them, Adora still told Huntara not to beat her up.
She helped in encouraging Perfuma so she would be able to get Mara's ship.
She helped Perfuma get Mara's ship off the Horde's base.
She healed Bow's injuries after he was gravely injured by an explosion caused by one of the Horde's bots.
She saved Netossa and Spinerela from being hurt by the Horde's bots.
After finding out Light Hope used to be friends with Mara, she decides to try to become friends with her as well so Light Hope could feel comfort like she did before with Mara.
She was shocked when Glimmer almost used a painful spell on a Horde soldier, calling her out on how unecessary it was.
She convinced Glimmer to not go fight the Horde by herself and instead stay in Bright Moon so they could find the spy that was working for the Horde.
She defended Bow from Glimmer when she shut him down after Bow tried to lighten up the situation the Rebellion was facing after the destruction of Salineas.
She rescued Bow, Swift Wind and Sea Hawk from Captain Octavia's ship with the help of Glimmer and Mermista.
When Scorpia left the Horde to inform the Rebellion about Entrapta being sent to Beast Island, she forgave her and accepted her as one of them (in spite of showing hostility towards her at first).
After Scorpia told her about Entrapta being stranded on Beast Island, she and Bow snuck out of the tower against Glimmer's wishes in order to rescue her. Even though the both of them were aware of the dangers that awaited them on the island. She also forgave Entrapta for her betrayal of the Rebellion all the way back in season 1 and re-accepted her as part of the Rebellion (even though the other princesses were later shown to hold grudges against her).
On top of rescuing Entrapta from Beast Island, she also rescued King Micah, Glimmer's father, from the island as well, years after he had first gotten stranded there.
She freed Bow, Micah and Swift Wind from the roots that were killing them in Beast Island.
She convinced Entrapta to keep living by telling her that she and Bow had a First One's ship.
She told Micah to stay in Bright Moon so he could be safe and would heal from his injuries, while promising him that she would help Glimmer back home.
Upon learning that she was meant to be a tool to power the Heart of Etheria (a superweapon that was made with the purpose of destroying Etheria), she tried to end her own life in order to save her home planet.
- Her destroying her sword to stop the Heart of Etheria from being used allowed Light Hope to break free of her protocol and die in peace.

Season 5[]

She helped in saving two children from Horde Prime's bots.
She helped in defending her friends while they were helping a group of villagers escape from Horde Prime's forces.
She helped in the evacuation of th evillage of Thaymor, and gave a little girl her doll of She-Ra back after she accidentaly dropped it.
She helped in protecting the Rebellion's camp from Horde Prime's drones.
She brought the members of the Rebellion to a part of the Whispering Woods that would help them hide from Horde Prime and his army.
She helped in rescuing Glimmer when she was teleported by Catra to escape from Horde Prime's ship, and pulled them back to "Darla".
She comforted Glimmer after she apologized for not trusting her and almost causing Etheria's destruction and Horde Prime discovering Etheria, and forgave her for it.
She briefly turned into She-Ra while trying to hold several rocks that were blocking the exit, which created a whole that allowed their group to escape the planet before its caves collapsed.
She put herself in great danger in order to rescue Catra from Horde Prime and ultimately forgave her after saving her, even after everything that she did prior to that (including trying to end all of reality).
She fought off Horde Prime's clones while her friends got onto Darla so they could escape from Prime's ship.
She reactivated Darla so she and her friends could escape Horde Prime's ship.
After escaping from Prime's ship, she was able to use her powers to heal Catra.
She tried to convince Catra to confront Glimmer, Bow and Entrapta and apologize for what she did to them.
She brought Entrapta to Catra so she could remove her chip and stop Horde Prime's drones from tracking and destroying the group's ship.
When Catra told her that she was going to kill her friends because she was annoyed by their teasing, Adora told her not to.
She, Glimmer and Bow went to help Catra when they thought she was getting attacked by Melog.
She took Melog in and brought him to Etheria after sympathyzing with his loneliness.
She stopped Netossa from attacking Catra, Melog and Wrong Hordak.
She helped in motivating Netossa to keep fighting against Horde Prime.
She comforted Netossa when she started feeling like they would never be able to free Spinnerella from Horde Prime's control.
Despite knowing the chipped Spinnerella was trying to kill her, Adora still initially held back to avoid hurting her friend.
She saved Netossa from a chipped Spinnerella.
She helped in freeing Erelandia from Horde Prime's forces.
She comforted Netossa after they failed to free Spinnerella from her brainwashing.
She defended Catra from Frosta.
She helped Catra in trying to fit in with the Rebellion.
She saved Perfuma from a chipped Scorpia twice.
She stopped an argument between Catra and Shadow Weaver twice.
She convinced Catra to help the Rebellion get to Mystacor so they would be able to destroy the Heart of Etheria through its failsafe.
She put her life at risk to get the failsafe of the Heart of Etheria.
She saved her group from being killed by a chipped Micah and two chipped Mystacor sorcerers.
She tried to stop Catra from leaving the Rebellion.
She went to save Catra from the monster guarding the Heart of Etheria, which lead to Shadow Weaver to give her life to protect Catra.
She tried to give her life to destroy the Heart of Etheria, and told Catra to leave the place so she would be safe.
She saves Catra from being electrocuted.
She healed the damage Etheria suffered at the hands of Horde Prime.
At the end of the series, Adora and the rest of the Best Friend Squad decided to help in bringing magic back to the universe.
Even though she kills Horde Prime by exorcising his spirit, she did it because was the only way to save Hordak and the only way to save the universe as Horde Prime promised to destroy the universe if left alive-making her a righteous killer.
