Sofia the First (Simply known as Princess Sofia or just Sofia) is the titular main protagonist of the Disney Jr. television series Sofia The First, the television movie Sofia the First: Once Upon a Princess and the overarching protagonist of Elena of Avalor also the pilot film. Sofia is a princess since her mother married a king.
She was voiced by Ariel Winter.
What Makes Her Pure Good?[]
- While Sofia show signs of disobedience, multiple personality disorders, and/or somewhat selfishness at times in the series, she always feels remorse and apologizes. She also manages to subvert this as the show went on.
- She helps Cedric with magic by transforming into a lizard and then making him worry and help her.
- Although Amber behaves badly with her at the beginning of her, she never takes it out on her and considers her a real sister.
- She is humble and honest, will apologize or admit when she is wrong, is capable of acknowledging her mistakes and learning from them as well.
- Although Cedric was using her several times to get the amulet and did several bad things, she forgives him and truly considers him her friend and helps him understand his mistakes.
- She worries a lot for Clover, her bunny, and desperately goes looking for him when he gets lost in an episode.
- She was the only one to help a group of mischievous and lonely creatures.
- She Helps some elves get back their king's crown and thus she becomes their friend and they are invited whenever they want to come to the kingdom of Enchantia and to their parties.
- In a special Sofia (together with Rapunzel) teach Amber how to be a better sister.
- After discovering that a Princess has been imprisoned in her family amulet for 41 years, she decides to free her and her kingdom from an evil witch and then becomes a great friend of hers.
- Tries to give back to Elena the amulet that Sofia had always had, since it was her rightful property.
- She and Amber get the idea to trap Vor inside her amulet just like how Elena was all those years. This works but Sofia is dragged into it along with Vor, but she is able to overcome Vor through sheer force of will and kill her, saving Enchancia and the entire Everrealm from her.
